We have been using Appfolio for 10 years and I am continually impressed with their attentiveness. They also keep up with the times making updates regularly to make the experience using their product more enjoyable.

Got an email regarding a problem - called and left a voice mail - call was returned within 5 minutes and issue was clarified and fixed immediately - a followup email was send seconds after our phone call with details for corrective action. IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN APPFOLIO'S SUPPORT TEAM!

Well, when I was searching for a software provider 5 years ago, I changed my approach to a partner, and that's what I got. I feel Elite Housing Management would not be where we are today without that true partnership Appfolio gives us as a business. It is pitched as part of our sales process, and when the customers realize what they get is what we have pitched, they are more than happy. It is a great product today, and will continue to get better in the future as they are constantly working on updates for us. Great Company and people. Thank you Appfolio !!!

We have used AppFolio for many years now and I love them, not perfect but they are light years better than our previous software provider. The top 3 reasons I recommend AppFolio are: 1) AppFolio assigned us a specific person to walk us through the intake so the transfer was accurate & I was well trained when the intake was complete 2) AppFolio is constantly improving the system to offer more services to property managers & renters 3) When I do need assistance AppFolio has great resources & their customer service people reply promptly, are knowledgeable about property management & the software, and give clear instructions. As a fee manager for 200 individual owners, we have had lots of quirky issues over the years, and AppFolio has always found a solution for us. The cost is economical and easy to pass on to our clients.

Working with Appfolio has made our work much easier! Appfolio helps from the beginning with marketing the property, to qualifying prospective tenants, to working with our maintenance team, answering maintenance calls at nights/weekends/holidays, providing EXCELLENT customer service for any question/problem that we might encounter. There is no better company/tool that will help your property management company than Appfolio!

AppFolio is great, their customer support is top notch. One item we would like to see in the future is the ability to turn off the function of tenants being able to pay with credit cards. We have seen a uptick in fraudulent charges, rent payments getting disputed 90+ days after receipt, and it would be helpful if we could turn off the CC function for payment for tenants who have created issues.
