I only received half my order and when trying to reach out to customer support I did not get any response

Never shipped order. Never replied to my email. Terrible service.

Must be scammers or fly-by-nighters. I ordered twice and received merchandise in a timely manner. However, my return request of one item, which was too small, is being ignored. I'd beware of these people if there's any possibility of your having to return or exchange your item(s). I'll never see that money again, so, the low sales prices would appear to be a bait and switch.

I'm missing an item

I sent several emails asking for Return information and never heard anything back from anyone in the company. I have some pants that don't fit my husband and don't know how to get the code to return them. I'm very disappointed in your company's non- responsiveness to my issue.

Half of the items were missing. I wrote three times to complain about the order and ask a refund and they never replied or refunded me. Completely unprofessional and not to be trusted

My order was voided because the items were not in stock and I did not get anything letting me know this.

Will not respond to my emails. Missing package and will not acknowledge me
