Kind of torn about number of stars. Quality is excellent, what I hoped for. Shipping was very fast. BUT, I'm not sure a shirt color was my order. (No color code on shirt to check or verify.) No response to my emails about possible incorrect color. UPDATE: I hadn't heard back because Jason was out of the office for a while. On his return, he made everything right; got me the shirts in the right color. Just bad luck in timing that Jason was out when I needed him. But, he does, and did, make everything better.

4stars because your website Lags tremendously , I have made order mistakes because of it. If fixed I will give a 5 star rating , other wise I love Apparelbus Randy Stein

Pros: Great selection, great prices, super fast shipping Cons: (1) If there is an issue, it is hard to get ahold of someone; I have sent several emails about items that I got that were incorrect, but no one ever got back to me so I ended up purchasing the items somewhere else. (2) shipping info doesn't show up until all items are shipped, so you don't know what is coming and when I really want to continue using them, but the not being able to get ahold of someone and tracking makes me nervous, so I ended up going with another vendor several times now due to the uncertainty.

Service is good.. would be great if we get a confirmation or shipment notification. All in all it was very good seevice
