My package arrived open and dirty but most likely that’s the fault of the carrier. I’ve tried “priming” the bottle like it says on their website, watched videos on how to fix an airless pump bottle, everything, I CANNOT get product to come out of this bottle. At least not bigger than a grain of sea salt. I’ve been using it at night but considering the amount of product that comes out at once, it takes forever. I was super hopeful about this as I had been wanting to try topical spironolactone for so long and it was finally accessible, but so far pretty disappointed:/

I didn’t think the doctor really considered the photos and descriptions I uploaded, and just prescribed me something I didn’t want to take so I ended up receiving the topical but not the oral. It didn’t feel like my case was considered personally. I most likely won’t continue using the service.

Got my cream in the mail today! The process was so simple, convenient, and cheaper than going to a dermatologist. Excited for the results.

It can be very difficult to get into the dermatologist, at least where I’m from. I live in a small town and there is one dermatologist in my area in the next town. My dermatologist constantly stayed booked up and it was impossible to get in. Apostrophe is great because I can now have access to my dermatologist quickly. My derm with Apostrophe was very thorough and answered any question I have. I am hopeful to see some changes in my skin.
