The visit & delivery of medication was great. However I didn’t know they didn’t take insurance until after my plan was drawn up. This will more than likely cause me to end my subscription as I can just go to the dermatologist with a little more inconvenience so I can use my insurance.

I just started apostrophe and so far it's pretty good their customer service and overall experience seems to be better than when I was on curology last year. I started my prescription last night and I'm happy because my skin looks less congested with pimples I get little pimples here and there and I have some closed comodones too. I haven't experienced severe dryness like when I was on curology so I feel like I'm starting off good. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend and seems affordable too.

My doctor listened to my concerns and formulated something perfect for me. I will keep posted!

The initial quiz that you have to take is very detailed, which i’m super thankful for. you’re able to explain your skin type and go in depth about any OTC treatments you’ve been using. The doctor responds back in a very time efficient manner and provides great detail regarding the treatment regimen they recommended. you have to submit pictures showing your problem areas, and from that, they cultivate the perfect treatment plan for you. i’m excited to see how my skin journey progresses, but so far the quality of this brand and the efficacy have been super.

So far so good. Everything has been swift and prompt. From requesting an online consultation, receiving a skin regime, paying, shipment and beginning it has taken a week. I could only get an appointment with a Dermatologist in 5 months time and a regular GP in 2 to 3 weeks. Let’s see how the products suggested work but very happy so far.

The doctors work quickly (even on weekends) to review your progress, comments, and any concerns, and have an updated treatment plan ready for review within one day. I have received all of my prescriptions within three days of confirming the changes and completing the payment for them. My skin is in the best condition it has been in in over a decade!
