I thought this company would deliver because of reviews, so I gave them a try. I’m so disappointed I’m in tears. I’ve been so stressed and depressed over my rosacea, I thought that I’d finally got a solution. They were quick to respond and my shipment arrived earlier than expected BUT they charge you for 3 mos of topical product but only send you a small sample sized bottle and tell you it’s expected to last 3 mos. I’m so disappointed I don’t know what to do. I really though is found a solution. Just doesn’t feel worth 130$ for such a small bottle of product. If you’re getting topical. May me try somewhere else. Wish I could recommend another company but I am now having to start over. Good luck!

The initial consult was efficient And response time was incredibly quick. However, my face serum container was delivered damaged and to pay that much and not have it working was unfortunate. Given the product was a third of the experience I had to give a poor first review. Hopefully if I keep using the products will not be damaged.

fast shipping! Loving it so far

I have been struggling for acne for a few months. Which it seemed to be getting worse and not better at all. I made an appt with my doctor who prescribed a cream and causing a chemical burn instead. She wanted me to come back to try something else, and when I tried to make an appt it was a month out. I was desperate to see her sooner. I looked into Apostrophe, sent some pictures of my acne, explained what I’ve used and in less than 24 hours I had a treatment plan! I asked questions about concerns with medications and they reply and answer any concern (I have not waited more than 24hrs for a response). And ordered my meds and was here within 4 days from my initial online consult. Meanwhile I have a scheduled appt with my doctor in 1 month. I have yet to start my treatment but I can’t wait!

Great customer service and follow up. Product arrived but later than I thought it might so I was worried for a bit but great job Apostrophe did in communication with me about it.

This was one of the easiest telemedicine experiences I’ve had. I lack the time or patience to deal with my health plan, and this was a straightforward and simple experience. I hope the treatment works as well as the process.
