I waited for the item to ship. (Weeks after order). I appreciated the communication once I contacted costumer service though. They were prompt and polite. Probably wont buy from again,

My wife is very excited about the site and loves everything she sees on the site. Tried to order something as a surprise for her for a special occasion. I got the initial order email after placing an order. The email made me believe that the order would be shipped out in a timely manner. I finally tried to contact some one at the company after a few days of not getting a tracking number. I got a response that said the shipping dept. should have shipped it already and didn't but that it should be shipped within the next day or so. I waited another few days and didn't hear anything else again so I emailed again and got a very similar response. I wasn't able to give the item to my wife in time. Although these issues were there, the emails were very professional and not rude. I hope that these issues shipping and communication issues can be worked out. I believe in the mission of this site.

I ordered a dress and sent a message someone responded days later and I still have no dress.

This company is very unprofessional!!! Iv called several times leaving nesssges and Facebook and nothing! My sister n law ordered a dress back in Feb and still not here and now, they have blocked it where I can’t comment on their facebook page! I almost wonder if this a scam company using this as an outlet!

my daughter ordered the Tiffany dress from apostolic clothing several months ago. The dress that was delivered was the same fabric but was thigh high. I contacted the company and was given a return shipping label. I mailed the dress back and have confirmation it was delivered on Dec 10. I have emailed, left messages. Now they are marking my comments as spam. By their lack of response they are refusing to help.

I thought this was a Christian company I could trust. I ordered a skirt in 11/25/17, it took over a month to arrive...from China. I ordered according to the sizing chart in the site, but the skirt’s waistline was 6 inches smaller than advertised, and the button hole is sewn shut! After contacting them several times via phone and email, they have agreed to accept the skirt for return and ship the corrected one. However, they have not followed through on their promise to provide a shipping label for me to return the old skirt, nor have they shipped the new one. Very disappointed and aggravated.

Paid $50 dollars for a dress I have not received to this day and above all never recieved a refund. Terrible customer service, customer service workers fail to respond to emails. I would not recommend shopping here, it is unreliable and untrustworthy.

The shirt I ordered was not what I expected and extremely thin. It also took over 3 months to show up! Fortunately, when it had not shown up 6 weeks later, they refunded my money. Otherwise, I would have given them a 1.
