I only gave 3 stars because although the 2 dresses are beautiful, I ordered these in the first few days of March for an event for my daughter at the end of March and had to call and email about the exceptionally slow process to ship. Usually, items are sent in 4 to 5 days. Unfortunately, they did not arrive in time for the event. That was disappointing. The POCKETED STRIPED DRESS CAME WITHOUT A BELT BUT HAS BELT LOOPS THAT ARE QUITE NOTICEABLE. When I click on the dress in the ad, it shows an error page.

I waited for the item to ship. (Weeks after order). I appreciated the communication once I contacted costumer service though. They were prompt and polite. Probably wont buy from again,

My wife is very excited about the site and loves everything she sees on the site. Tried to order something as a surprise for her for a special occasion. I got the initial order email after placing an order. The email made me believe that the order would be shipped out in a timely manner. I finally tried to contact some one at the company after a few days of not getting a tracking number. I got a response that said the shipping dept. should have shipped it already and didn't but that it should be shipped within the next day or so. I waited another few days and didn't hear anything else again so I emailed again and got a very similar response. I wasn't able to give the item to my wife in time. Although these issues were there, the emails were very professional and not rude. I hope that these issues shipping and communication issues can be worked out. I believe in the mission of this site.

I ordered a dress and sent a message someone responded days later and I still have no dress.

The shirt I ordered was not what I expected and extremely thin. It also took over 3 months to show up! Fortunately, when it had not shown up 6 weeks later, they refunded my money. Otherwise, I would have given them a 1.
