Why can’t I post 0 stars? I placed my order 43 days ago and can’t get a hold of anyone who can tell me what’s going on. I’ve been told now it’s because of the corona virus and China and that’s why it’s taking so long but the Coronavirus wasn’t an issue back in December when I placed my order. I am very disappointed in this company and it’s “customer” service.

There's a reason there are so many bad reviews! I should have looked up the reviews before I ordered not after. This company takes cheap, poorly made clothing from China and charges way more. You are better off ordering off Ebay or wish, that way you Know the items will take a long time and that the quality will be subpar. I ordered two dresses on sale (but still not worth the cost) and did not recieve any email confirmation or anything. Weeks later the email with the order number arrived. Still weeks later, 2 months after I ordered it one dress arrived. It was thinner material than I would like but it was acceptable. Weeks later the 2nd dress arrived which fit, cut and quality was very poor. I immediately emailed them to start the return process. They do not list any phone number to be able to talk to a human. I even asked for a phone number in order to speak with a manager. You have a very limited time to open the return and they state that you have to email them prior to returning. They do not give refunds (again another red flag). I also had to email twice to keep asking for the credit back. Since I didn't want to risk the credit with clothes for me, I bought a dress for my daughter. Well that dress came eventually about a month later directly from Asia.....4 sizes too small! I ordered a size 8 and a size 4 came. I emailed demanding my money back. They said I'll direct you to a manager. She emailed saying she would refund me. I never recieved anything but I waited since we had all the holidays recently. I finally emailed yet again asking where's my refund. Someone emails back asking more questions. Clearly they are a mess there! So save yourself the headaches, and AVOID this company!

Site sent dress to wrong address but said they fixed it. Well, 2 weeks late and they said other address should have got it. I have no clue who those people are and this shouldn't be my problem. Went to the person's house and no package has arrived. This company is a joke. All lies.

I ordered something over two weeks ago and this company has not responded to my Emails nor Facebook instant messages to check on my order. Nor is there a tracking number option. It's like it's in limbo but they sure took my money! I wish I read these reviews first. I will never order from these people again and they have the nerve to call themselves "Apostolics". That is not how Apostolics do things. If I don't get my order nor a response within the next week, I will be filing a claim.

I would not even give them this rating. Unfortunately they don't respond to emails. And I have no clue as to why I haven't received my dress that I had ordered. I wished that I would have read the reviews before ordering from them.

Customer service is going through a change and is severely lacking. Expect to be ignored and have to go through extreme measures to have to deal with returns and any potential issues you may have. I hope they get helpful CS staff and their business turned around as they have great potential and the ability to have great prices and good products. This has not been my experience with them as of yet though.

I’m still waiting for the skirt

I purchased a women's size skirt from Apostolic Clothing Co. Size XL. I received it 4 days ago. It is very very small not even close to being a Womens xlarge more like a small. Very disappointed because they expect me to pay postage to return it which is not acceptable. They definitely misrepresented the size when they sent the skirt to me knowing that this was not a ladies extra large even though it said extra large.
