I’m receiving emails to reserve the 2.0 when they never even resolved the glitches of the 1.0. I’m not impressed at all and do not recommend.

The initial part of this review is an update- Apollo Neuro reached out to me and offered me a replacement device, which I accepted. I am cautiously optimistic that this will prove to be durable than my last one since the product seems to do what it says for me. I appreciate Apollo Neuro, listening to customers who expressed concern about the durability of a product used as intended. I have used an Apollo Neuro since 2020. My first one lasted about 2 1/2 years before the battery suddenly stopped taking a charge – literally overnight. I understand that batteries wear out and using something every night for 2 1/2 years before the battery dies is a pretty good lifespan. They offered me a small discount and I purchased a second one. The second one I purchased about 18 months ago. I woke in the middle of the night to a loud rattling. Apparently, something in the device broke loose since it now rattles when you try to use the vibrations and also rattles when you shake it. Contacting customer support resulted in a response “we don't support hardware, here's a 25% discount to purchase another one". It would appear that the time span of this device lasting is getting shorter (n of 1)- 18 months of use only at night ending up with a rattling indicates a device that is apparently disposable. The company has announced that they are coming out with a new version which is significantly more expensive than the current version. I canceled my pre-order for this since based on my most recent experience I don't think multi hundred dollar devices should be disposable after less than two years. Overall, my experience has been the device does what it says. My experience has also been the customer service/support if you have hardware problems is essentially nonexistent. Plan on the device breaking at some point with no possible support from the company/budget accordingly. Interestingly, as a long-term user of wearable, I have had outstanding support and service from two other companies.- Coros and Oura. In the case of the former, I had direct communication from the CEO and can recommend these two companies without reservation. My only recommendation for Apollo Neuro would be buy it and it will probably work, but it will also break and you'll have to buy it again without any support from the company.

The Apollo Neuro is expensive, but it is well worth it. I like mine because it increases a quantitativeb deep sleep, and it also increases my heart rate variability.

I purchased my Apollo Neuro about 1 year ago (May 2023) I wanted to see if I could find a product that would help me reduce the AFibEpisodes I was having. I was looking for something that would help reduce my Stress and Anxiety related to this condition and was also looking for something that would improve my sleep quality. Apollo Neuro has met my expectations for the most part. It has helped me relax when I feel the onset of my Afib symptoms and has helped my sleep quality overall. I don't always sleep through the night but it is much better. I would recommend that the Scientists that work on product development at Apollo Neuro create a set of Vibes that will help calm down the nervous system when Afib symptoms start. I just received a replacement Apollo Neuro as I had purchased the extended warranty and the process went smoothly for the most part.

The Apollo Neuro has restored my quality of life. I have Hyperadrenergic Dysautonomia and when I leave home many forms of stimulation like loud noises, store artificial lights, elevators etc. trigger my central nervous system to go into a fight or flight response. Now, before I leave home I start the Calm mode and my Apollo keeps me in a parasympathetic state. The Sleep mode has also been very helpful.

Apollo really works for me. I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis and am losing my ability to walk. And many other physical issues Apollo lowers my anxiety, chronic pain, helps with fatigue and I wear it every day and night! Highly recommended 👌
