I am pretty obsessed with these shoes since I now own 4 pairs. As a guy that’s 5’10 — I especially like the inch boost it gives me in height when I go out. The shoes are also very comfortable

Shoes are comfortable and versatile with jeans and Chino pants. I love the variety of colors and styles; so far, I have four pairs. I did have an issue with receiving the wrong pair, but I contacted customer service through text and email within 24 hrs; I had a response, a return receipt, and a new pair was being shipped out immediately. I will continue to purchase shoes from this company. In opinion all around good service and good quality products.

They are very responsible and responds to your questions promptly. The shoes are comfortable and you won't regret it. If they make a mistake with your order, they would correct it promptly and give you the right order. I will recommend this to anyone.

Shoes arrived and didn't fit - not even close to my normal size. Despite following their complicated return process and sending multiple photos of the shoes demonstrating their perfect condition, this company rejected my return request twice claiming that the shoes "looked worn." This company's business model is based on a non-existent return policy: once they have your money, they will not work with you to issue a refund or exchange, despite advertising these options. On top of that, the shoes that arrived seemed cheap and shipped from Turkey. These things are cranked out in some sad factory with zero quality control.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced and appreciate your feedback. Our aim is always to provide the best quality products and service to our customers. Regarding your return request, our policy requires items to be returned in their original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, based on the photos provided, it appeared that the shoes had been worn, which is why your return request was rejected. As for the origin of our shoes, we source our products from various reputable manufacturers around the world, including Turkey. This allows us to offer a diverse range of styles and designs to our customers. We understand your frustration and want to assure you that we take customer satisfaction seriously. If there's anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. We're here to help. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Faz Ljutic Founder & CEO
