I received 2 disbursement payments now from Apollo Moda NOT paying their shipping and TARIFFS so they are passing it on to you the customer!!! I have contacted the owner about this and he did ship me my second pair of shoes but they did NOT pay their shipping!!! I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES HERE!! BEWARE!! Sad because this is a business expense for Apollo not the customer!!! GOOD LUCK APOLLO MODA AND FAZ!

Hard to get ahold of at first which was frustrating, but great customer service on shoe exchange. First pair size 10 was a bit too big, so did an exchange for a size 9 which unfortunately was a bit too small. Next time I would go with a size 9. Great looking shoes, and I haven't worn them much yet but we will see how how comfortable they are. If they hold up I most likely would purchase again because I like the extra few inches the shoe gives you in height which was my purpose for trying them

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Company & Customer Service I recently ordered several pairs of shoes from Apollo Mode, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the products and the customer service. There was an issue with the shipping that was completely outside of both my control and the company’s. What impressed me was how Apollo Mode handled it. The owner personally emailed me, texted me, and called me to make sure the situation was taken care of. He immediately made things right and sent out another pair. That level of customer service says everything about a company. In fact, I was so impressed that I immediately placed another order for over $400 worth of additional products. The shoes themselves are outstanding. They look sharp and professional, but they’re incredibly comfortable at the same time. You can walk into a business meeting looking great while feeling like you’re walking on clouds. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Apollo Mode, the owner, and the way they take care of their customers. They have absolutely earned my business moving forward. Five stars all the way. It was so fast and easy to get the shoes - in fact I actually got several pairs. When I got the shoes, they were just as described. I really like my classic white ones. Not only they stay white - I mean really white, for a long time, I also feel taller while wearing them. Makes me feel kinda important, lol. Seriously, good shoe quality. I recommend.

I have been buying shoes from Apollo for some years now. I have lost count on how many pairs I have. Always have been a great experience. Love all the shoes I have purchased and they are top tier quality for the Price. Well worth it.

The company proudly advertises **"Worldwide Express Delivery is Free,"** yet conveniently fails to make it obvious that **FedEx may come after you with another bill after your order has already been delivered.** Imagine paying for your shoes, receiving them, thinking the transaction is complete... and then getting an invoice from FedEx demanding more money. In my case, the customs duty was just **$2.40**, but FedEx added a **$15.00 disbursement fee**. That ridiculous fee was over **six times** the actual duty. Whether Apollo Moda technically allows this under its shipping terms is beside the point. Customers deserve complete transparency **before** they pay—not unpleasant surprises after the package is sitting in their house. If Apollo Moda knows its customers may receive additional invoices after delivery, that warning should be impossible to miss during checkout, not buried in fine print or omitted altogether. There are thousands of online shoe stores competing for business. I choose to spend my money with companies that are upfront about the true cost of buying from them. Apollo Moda lost me as a customer over **$17.40**—not because of the amount, but because of the principle. Trust is worth far more than $17.40. **Buyer beware:** the price you pay at checkout may not be the final price you end up paying.
