The incredible customer service response, due to most recent item I received not meet my expectations, was superb. The team has been very helpful and proactive with remedying the situation. I feel their primary concern is my satisfaction with not only the product but their customer service. I will gladly purchase from Apollo Moda again based on this follow up experience.

Overall you guys need to organize and punctual. If customers get frustrated, you have to treat first the customers need.
