Dakarai was very helpful, he had excellent followup & professionalism today. He contacted me directly & assisted me with video sharing, we walked through my Google business profile & revised the necessary categories to satisfy Google Business for me to obtain video verification (after being unable to get verified repeatedly). Dakarai is very knowledgeable with how to populate indicators to gain Google business approval as I have a virtual business mailbox which was resulting in rejected verifications. In addition, Dakarai offered to enter my payment information for my monthly payment per phone call. He repeatedly allowed time for q & a. I can’t say enough, I am overjoyed this is fixed.
