They roped me in with them making an on line listing, with them making me a google listing and voice search for Alexa, Siri etc. paid over 500 dollars and they ran into a technical problem with my google listing that they created for me and cannot correct, over 6 months and nor not 1 lead generated from anything, I check voice searches periodically and nothing ever!

I should have read the reviews before using apntech, I can see why they have a 2.9 star rating. I was sold a service from them for voice optimization, the fee was supposedly for the life time of my business. I received an email that my account was active and my business was live on voice search. However when I search my company it doesn’t come up, I reached out to them and it took them a week to respond with an email telling me I needed a yelp account for my business to be found. I have a yelp account that I pay for and a google account and my business still doesn’t show up on voice search. I called and talked to someone claiming to be a supervisor and told him I was sold a service and I’m not receiving it. I was never told I would need a yelp account when I was sold the service, apntech was supposed to handle everything but they are blaming me saying I haven’t completed the process on my end. Yes I did o paid you to do the work. You didn’t do it. And they refused to refund me my money even though I cancelled the service that I never received. I would highly recommend using any other company than apntech.

I had started filling out form online but didn't complete. Apntech called me next day and VERY hard sell. Gave me pitch of one time fee of $398 if I wanted limited search results and $698 if I wanted us to be found on all devices. As I wanted to do more research about them and ask an IT guy I know, the pressure increased and rate dropped from $698 to $498 and then dropped to $373. When I asked for phone # to call them back after I had time to research their company, at this point now talking to supervisor, he said yes they have a phone# but then goes on with more hard sell. When I asked again for phone# they immediately hung up.

We made the mistake of reaching out to this company. We immediately tried to cancel service the same day we spoke with a salesperson. APN Tech's website does not give specific instructions on how to cancel your service -- that is MAJOR RED FLAG #1. We called twice, but we were only able to reach the answering service who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable with the company and its processes, but could only relay a message to proper department. We were promised we would receive a call back within 72 business hours -- nobody ever called us back. We responded to every email with request to cancel and even generated original cancellation emails to their office -- nobody ever responded. MAJOR RED FLAG #2 -- we were to receive credit or a refund for the first of two charges as that expense was included in the second charge or they would waive it as a new customer courtesy -- they were vague about this, and they were vague for a reason. Two charges later, our only recourse is to dispute the multiple charges. We should have read the negative reviews before contacting this company. Their 5-star ratings and responses to negative ratings seems to be purchased/ai generated. Let the buyer beware!

This company did nothing it promised for the fees charged. I tried multiple times to contact them by phone and email. Four times I requested a refund, as promised in their customer agreement and onboarding phone call - both by phone and by email. They did not respond to the first three requests and finally denied my refund, contrary to their refund policy. One of their email addresses given to me was bogus. At least one of their advertised website addresses is bogus. The only people reachable by phone are in a marketing call center and have no authority to do anything but make sales. They will not provide another phone contact. By all indications, this is a scam. My only recourse was to dispute the charge with American Express, who credited back the money in full.
