The representative did not explain well enough the services I was paying $670 for. I called a few times explaining that this was not the service I needed or wanted within the 30 day trial period and they refuse to provide a refund even though I am dissatisfied with their service.

The day before my exchange with Apntech, I ran into some problems with verifying one of our businesses through our new Apple Business account. So, I had sent off a tech support request to get some assistance. Evidentally while navigating the apple sight, I must have clicked an add link that looked like apple support, but was instead, Apntech. On receiving a message the next day, I called apntech back (again, thinking they were apple business support). I explained my situation to the rep on the phone and made it clear that the reason I was contacting Apple Business Support was to resolve my tech issue. The rep proceeded to very subtly try and sell me apntech's service without mentioning he was NOT with apple. After asking several times whether he was with apple or a third party vender and my question being ignored in liu of a continued sales pitch, I had to cut the conversation and demand to know 'yes or no' if he was with apple. He still did not wish to answer and instead launched into a different pitch about solutions being 'worth' the cost on my time...which gave me my answer. If I was less knowledgeable about these kinds of companies, I may have been led to the conclusion that paying for 'help' was my only option for 'Apple Business Support'. Slimy and Deceptive Sales Practices. The tone of his voice told me that he didn't care one bit. There are plenty of businesses out there that will offer the same service. If you need one, find one that has some integrity. This rep certainly did not reflect that.

So one of their reps called me his name was Daniel and he said he was gonna make me a deal. He told his manager to come speak to me then he got really pushy and he started believing me because I was a roofer and did yard maintenance because I didn’t want to sign up.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. A $99.99 charge appeared on my credit card that I did not recognize or authorize. I immediately had to contact my credit card issuer to dispute the transaction and secure my account. If this was a legitimate charge, I would expect the company to provide clear proof of authorization and respond promptly to resolve the issue. Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend doing business with them. I hope the company addresses this situation quickly by investigating the charge and issuing a full refund if it was made in error.

They will take your money and run with it. They will gain your trust, give you false promises, and produce nothing in return. You would gain more by giving your money to the street peddler on the corner. The one in our town holds a sign up that says he needs the money to buy " BEER ". At least he's being honest. These people are nothing but CROOKS. Don't say I did not warn you.

STAY FAR AWAY...WAY TOO MANY OPTIONS TO SETTLE FOR THIS USELESS COMPANY! Very disappointing experience with apnTech. I was not even aware we had an active subscription for six months, and during that time we saw zero impact on our rankings, organic visibility, or overall online performance. When I called, they acted concerned and said they would look into whether any months could be refunded. In the end, they would not refund even one month, despite the fact that I had never logged in, never set up a password, and never meaningfully used the service. There are far better marketing and SEO options out there. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this company. Take my advice or don't, but at least I warned you.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I asked many times if cancellation was an option and they dodge the question because they will never give you money back. I am filing a dispute with my credit card. This company is a fraud should have read the reviews before moving forward with them. The last thing is they will keep asking for more money to deliver results instead of being upfront and honest from the start. I highly recommend to stay away from this company!!!
