Big shoutout to Stephanie from APN Tech! 🙌 She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, walking me through the steps to get my business properly listed on Google and other important directories. She even took the time to explain how voice searches work and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. Appreciate the guidance and great customer service — people like her make a big difference!

We're new to this and our QR code wasn't functioning properly. I made one call to tech support and the issue wasn't resolved BUT when I called in again I was greeted by Maria and she was a lifesaver!! She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me on the phone while she fixed the issue , and had me check the link again before ending our call. I wish all of my interactions with any tech support went as smoothly as Maria made this experience. Thank you!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

Communication has been stellar. Very impressed. They make all of this somewhat understandable. So far I'm just trying to be prompt on my end. Dakarai and David are great to work with and understand that I don't need to know how the watch works, I just need to know to wind it.
