I have to say, your company has the nicest, most helpful customer service support! I spoke with James yesterday, I was in bad mood and wanted to cancel my service due to financial reasons. He was still so very kind and understanding with me. (I’m sorry James). Then I spoke to Dakarai today about my service and he was able to work a better price with me which I was very thankful for. Ms. Stephanie was very thorough with assisting me navigate on the Google business page. She explained each section and taught me how to update the recommended information and how to save it. She emphasized only using 20 keywords and only 20 services maximum and to be sure to add under key services and click update. She asked me to watch the video on how to create a yelp business page, how to log onto the Google business listing, & to be sure to create a video for verification purposes of my business. Stephanie gave me detailed tips on how to create a concise video, including my EIN business license with my name and the location of my business without faces or animals in the video. I highly recommend Stephanie in this role as she was patient, kind, very thorough, and answered all my questions.
