Difficult but definitely worth it!
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is seriously struggling with mental illnesses of most any kind. It was one of the hardest thing I've ever chosen to do and it was absolutely worth it. I learned things there that have helped me control worry, anxiety, and especially depression far better than anything else. The only caveat is that if you choose to live in one of their free (and pretty nice, as I understand) housing units, they are very controlling. They restrict what you're allowed to bring and will actually take electronics from you for a week or more. Appallingly, the admissions team will lie constantly during the intake process about the rules for their housing units in order for them to seem less unreasonable. Despite this, I strongly recommend this place, especially if you decide to live away from their housing units.
