I do not recommend this company. I ordered a temperature-sensitive product, but it arrived hot. The package did not appear to have adequate cold-chain protection, which raised serious concerns about how the product was handled during shipping. For products that require temperature control, proper shipping conditions are essential. Receiving the product warm made me question whether it had been stored and transported appropriately. Before leaving this review, I contacted the company on WhatsApp to explain the issue and ask for support. Unfortunately, I received no response and no solution was offered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the poor shipping conditions and lack of customer service
