Tracking is fake. . . I found out it is possible to give you a fake tracking number that makes it seem like it's real... but lord behold Invalid tracking number confirmed by DHL The person on the other side of the email keeps calling me friend and completey swerving my question about full shipment details it's been 8 days now since I ordered states 5-7 days on the website for delivery in the UK. They have now not replied for 48 hours and gave me a link that is fake and shows no updates DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE ITS A SCAM AND BEING REPORTED.. ANOTHER POINT IT SHOWS AS CLOTHING ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT BUT NO SIGHT OF A SINGLE PIECE OF COTTON IS THAT NOT ENOUGH,?!... DONT BUY!!!!!!!

If you are thinking of purchasing an electronic scooter, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE anything from AOVO. We purchased a scooter last christmas for my son and we have probably had it working for about 4 months. I have had to contact them on numerous occasions to replace faulty parts and sent it away for a month to the repair centre in the UK. They now totally blank me as it is now faulty AGAIN. Please save your heartache and purchase something locally that you can try and buy from a retailer that is going to support you. REPEAT... DO NOT BUY !!! I have been contacting your customer service at cs@......... can you confirm this is the right? I have been emailing without a response for 2 months !!!

Warning: aovostore.com, aovoscooter.com selling fake scooter. That fake scooter is not waterproof, using the old-abandoned logo, unsafe folding mechanism, public open source APP and cheap display panel. They pretend to be 350W with a 250W motor, they use c-class 7.8Ah battery but tell you 10.5Ah. They used trademark registration loopholes to preemptively register our product logo. We are taking legal action against them. How to distinguish real and fake AOVOPRO? Please google aovo-pro-solemnly-declare. If you are still confused by fakes, I sincerely recommend that you ask the AOVO PRO owners around you, or go to social networks to seek opinions from netizens. Remember, fakes are cheaper!

SCAM COMPANY - FAKE AOVO - real AOVO is aovopro.com NOT this website. REAL AOVO is sick of them. Fake companies assiciated with this one is AOVOstore.com and AOVOscooter.com. These lot took my money, sent fake AOVO scooter. Scam is: it breaks after 2 weeks but they will ignore your emails or with me, after HUNDREDS of BLANKED emails (no number to call as they’re China) they agreed for me to return it for repair AFTER they tried to tell ME to open it and repair it??????? (I paid £40 return courier as they agreed to pay return but didn’t so I paid to speed things up) AGAIN IGNORED ME after I returned it and now they have my scooter and my money. Had that for TWO WEEKS ignoring me. I started CHARGEBACK on my bank. Bank returned my money after investigation and EVENTUALLY weeks later they sent me some CHEAPER LESSER MODEL scooter then the higher model I paid for, that’s on their website for £100 cheaper than the £300 pro scooter I paid for!!! How dare they! The cheek of it! I paid for a £300 pro scooter not a £200 one! It even had labels all over it showing that it was a complete different basic model! BLOOD outta stone, non-English, 1am, email only customer service, a scooter that’s fake, that lasted two weeks that was driven around by a minor that could have blown up! They try to remove your trust pilot reviews until you verify. Tracking numbers never work and if you ask for an update - don’t expect a reply. SCAM! If you like to give away FREE MONEY then I suggest you use this company.

I bought a scooter from Aovostore.com and they sent me a used scooter in a box the thing where it shows you how fast your going was a bit broken and I also couldn’t turn it on nor charge it so i got scammed for £250 Don’t BUY FROM HERE!!!

They are scammers trying to impersonate the legit website (which is aovopro.com) This has been confirmed from the customer support of the legit seller (aovopro.com). Beware this is a highly dangerous scam as they record and steal your paypal password at transaction time!
