I am writing 3 times in a row in support of there is no scooter that I ordered and paid for, the money will not be returned, I probably hope for the best

Buongiorno sono Giuseppe in data 08/08/2022 ho acquisto un monopattino elettrico AOVO®M365 Pro Original Electric Scooter, 350W, 25km/h, 30km - dopo qualche giorno di utilizzo evidenzio un difetto abbastanza serio e pericoloso si apre il gancio che tiene fermo il manubrio con le vibrazioni - pericoloso per la stabilità del guidatore - la società informata tempestivamente - prende tempo con suggerimenti di regolare viti e quant'altro -oggi mi chiede soldi per la sostituzione del monopattino perché sono passati 30gg - e dovrei spedire il monopattino e dopo a loro piacimento spedirmi il nuovo - ma è da 45 gg che loro anno i miei soldi - sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di prodotti Aovo in quanto assistenza pessima con tempistica lunga -presa in giro e attività persistente alla truffa

The worst electric scooter out there. Bought 4 for Christmas last year. 2 stopped working 2 months later, needed to replace batteries. Last month i had to pay for anotber battery on the 3rd one which cost 250e. Now this week 2 snapped in half. Company won't do anything at all cause they say 180 warranty is up even though it says on their website 2 years warranty. Never buy from here worst experience in my life 2 unhappy children. Nothing but hassle.

Ik ben nu sinds weken bezig met aovostore vanwege mankementen met mijn bogist c1 pro Deze heb ik voor mijn verjaardag gekregen van mijn man zelf heeft hij er ook een bogist c1 pro Sinds dien heb ik er problemen mee ten eerste merkte ik al verschil met sturen als ik op bogist van die van mijn man reed stuurde het heel andere er was vanaf het begin al te merken dat er iets niet klopte kon met die van mij slechte bochten nemen en op die van mij man ging het prima. Paar dagen later onder het rijden mijn achter spatbord afgebroken waar ook mijn achterlicht aan vast zit en ten tweede zit mijn gehele voor vork los waardoor ik telkens alle bouten en schroeven moet aan draaien. Na aovostore een E mail verstuurd te hebben aan aovostore krijg ik een email als antwoord een foto met uitleg wat ik moet doen. Na dit te hebben gedaan heeft het niks geholpen en is het alleen maar erger aan het worden….zo wanneer ik ga rijden steunt mijn hele voor vork naar voren en bij het remmen gaat het gehele voorvork naar voren. helemaal van voor naar achteren of het gaat onder het rijden van voor naar achteren heen en weer. Na de zoveelste keer mailen met aovostore krijg ik als antwoord een email terug met een film er in hoe ik dit zelf mag repareren en dit terwijl ik nog binnen de garantie tijd zit en aovo dit hoort te oplossen door een vervangend product te sturen na ik deze heb terug gestuurd maar aovo draait hier omheen en ik hoor niks meer over mijn achter spatbord Nu zijn wij weken verder en ik zit nog steeds met het zelfde probleem en er word niks opgelost zoals het hoort.

Clever scam - Not the real Aovo scooter company, its a poor very imitation, made with cheap parts which are designed to break quickly through normal use so that they can continue to make money from you. Warrenty terms are different to those advertised and even if they will cover the cost of a part they expect you to pay a grossly exaggerated shipping cost of £40 per part. They do not except returns, do not offer refunds and do anything they can to avoid helping. Left with a broken scooter and a heart broken child..... AVOID!!!

Bought an electric scooter in August 2021 to give to my son for the coming christmas, never did i think being so well prepared would come back to bite me. According to their description this scooter comes with 2 years manufacturers warranty...It Doesn't, they are falsely advertising this. Firstly, the rear mud guard snapped off after a couple of uses, I emailed the company and never got a response. Secondly, in only March (bad weather so scooter rarely used up until this point) the thing just died, I incorrectly contacted Aovo support who were more than helpful and claimed they had sent me a replacement part, when this did not arrive I queried this and they told me i needed to contact Aovo Store - they tried to pass me back but eventually we started to make progress. They asked me to pay for a replacement battery (the cost of which is more than half the cost of the scooter and offered no guarantees), eventually they asked me to test the battery and charger which I did and both are working correctly, after advising them of this they refused to take any further action. Upon opening the battery compartment there were loose screws knocking around and they have failed to acknowledge this, it is very clearly a manufacturing fault but they will not assist me in any way other than to send me a different set of warranty guidelines than what is advertised in the post. As you can imagine I have a very disappointed young son who got very little enjoyment out of his Christmas present, not to mention the money wasted on such a disappointing product. I am posting this review here because every time i review on the website itself it has been deleted. I also note that all reviews for the product itself are positive, seems Aovo store are failing to approve anything negative

please read the reviews about this company before buying from them. i purchased a scooter as an xmas give for my son. all good until the battery stoped working with 3 bars present. they have a live chat system which can take 3 days for an answer and when the do they ask you to open the scooter up and send a video of the batterys voltage(dangerous in my opinion if you dont know what you are doing) so after 4 weeks a new battery appeared and fitting it is not simple and it still dosent work so back to the chat and waited 3 days for an answer to be given another 2 videos to test the charger which it still dosent work. i have asked for a refund or replacement to be given there terms and conditions by screenshot with half of them missing. absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced and now i am left with a scooter which my son used for his paper round which he cannot use. i also purchesded this through klarna which i am shocked they still use.
