Great service and fast delivery

Scooter bought from this company is great , definitely powerful enough get me up hills , goes fast enough to make ride enjoyable but not crazy fast which suits me down to the ground and I can get some shopping in basket , nice one , thank you Aovo 😊 , didn't feel any bumps what so ever which was brilliant

I purchased a Kugoo scooter from this store as I couldn't find it anywhere else in the UK for a reasonable price. Around 24 hours after placing my order, I received a what's app message from customer services stating that the model I chose wasn't available in the UK. Annoying, but these things happen. I was then asked to pay the difference to upgrade to a higher model which I declined. The customer services representative then spoke to a manager who agreed to a free upgrade rather than me cancelling the order. This was kind as the upgrade was considerably more money. A couple of days later I received my upgraded G2 Pro scooter and it's been absolutely awesome. Can't fault customer service at all and the delivery and scooter have been brilliant. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent company, quality products and customer service is second to none. I will definitely order again. Many thanks Aovostore.
