We totally agree the deal collection could be clearer, and we really appreciate you taking the time to figure it out on your own. Hope you absolutely love your new cool specs when they arrive! We’re truly sorry for the frustrating and disappointing return experience you’ve had with us. We sincerely apologize for the confusion around our return process—especially the unexpected requirement to send returns to California instead of Aoolia UK, which has cost you £20 in return postage. It’s completely understandable that this leaves you feeling we’ve made returning items unnecessarily difficult and discouraging, and we deeply regret letting you down in this way. We take your feedback very seriously. The lack of clear upfront information about return shipping location and costs is unacceptable, and we will urgently review and improve our return policy details to be fully transparent for all UK customers moving forward. Please reach out to our customer support team at **[email protected]** to share your order details, and we will look into your case properly and do our best to make this right for you. Again, we are truly sorry for the hassle and disappointment we’ve caused you.

Thank you for your honest feedback 🙏 We’re sorry to hear you had to start over multiple times during your order—that’s definitely not the smooth experience we want for you. We’ll pass this along to improve the ordering flow so it’s easier to edit and adjust without restarting next time. Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts!
