Thank you so much for your wonderful comment! We are thrilled that you enjoyed browsing our collection and found so many styles you liked. We totally get how hard it is to pick just one pair. Good news! We do have a virtual try-on tool on our website for you to preview the frames. Hope you love your new glasses when they arrive!

Response from AooliaAug 31, 2026

Customer service
Aoolia provided excellent customer service in this situation. A frame that I wanted was sold out after I ordered it so I had to choose a different frame. Aoolia let me know of this situation quickly and made it easy to choose a different frame and to pay the minimal price difference to add it to my order.
Response from AooliaAug 31, 2026
Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We appreciate your understanding when your original frame sold out after placing your order. Our team aimed to inform you promptly and make the process simple for you to select an alternative frame, only paying the small price difference. If you have any further questions, please email [email protected].
