So I ordered 2 pair of glasses from Aoolia my big fingers miss typed my address by 1 digit. I didn't realize it until I checked tracking and it said they were delivered. I contacted Aoolia and they kept sending screenshots that they were delivered. Then I see the address. So I go ask my neighbor if they received them. This man tells me, Sherry, his wife didn't know what to do with them so she took them to her Mahjong club to give to anyone that needs them but they'll check to see if they are still there. WHO DOES THAT?! So Bill (neighbor) comes over today and says they weren't there. But they tried to contact the company and someone in the chat told them to keep them. I don't believe the LIES! So Aoolia offered me a $5 store credit. Now y'all know how often I order glasses and I have over 100 pairs of stylish frames. None from Aoolia. Even though I am at fault I won't be ordering from them with the $5 credit they offered, especiallybecause I spent $62. I'll continue giving my money to other companies with stylish frames. So if you need stylish, chic and fashionable frames shop with Zeelool and Vooglam.

Sorry to hear what you have experienced. The package was delivered to the shipping address you left. We also sent the order confirmation and the shipment confirmation for your checking before we shipped them out. You are too late to find the wrong shipping address, and the package was taken by your neighbor. In this case, we've sent the goods, and we cannot take full responsibility. Considering you are our valued customer; we would like to provide other better solutions. Please kindly re-submit the ticket so we can help you later. Thanks a lot.
