Delivery time is a long time. Im not sure of logistics but it seems extra. Also my last order has an arm problem. I made sure that its tightened but it still falls down. Its minor but annoying

Silmälasieni palautus ei onnistunut. Se on mahdotonta, koska Aoolia ei ole antanut minulle palautusosoitetta. Kaksiteholasien rajaus on väärässä kohdassa, joten en voi käyttää laseja. Korvaavat lasit olisin saanut, mutta niitä en halua. Haluan vain palauttaa jo saamani lasit ja perua ostokseni. Olen lähettänyt lukuisia sähköposteja saamatta palautusosoitetta. Silmälasien laskua en voi perua, jos en pysty laseja palauttamaan. Olen hyvin pettynyt Aioolian toimintaan palautusasiassa.

Received two pairs of glasses, one transition, one bifocal, and both I can't see out of. The bifocal I don't know how they got so wrong, they are completely in the wrong position for my eyes. Add to that the frames are terrible quality and they are made and sent from China. I emailed my concerns and asked for a refund and was told they will reposition them for free, I replies and received no response. I've purchased online before with the exact same prescription from places like Firmoo and never had any issues. Very very disappointed!
