Ich bestellte Brillen bei diesem Onlineshop mit der Erwartung, dass eine einfache Rücksendung möglich ist, falls mir das Produkt nicht gefällt. Leider war der Prozess von Anfang an unklar: Mir wurde mitgeteilt, die Rücksendung in die USA sei kompliziert bzw. nicht einfach, und auf meine Bitte um Rücksendung gab es widersprüchliche bzw. ungenaue Anweisungen. Die Frist von 7 Tagen für eine Rückgabe wurde offensichtlich nicht zuverlässig eingehalten, und eine offene Zusatzfrage meinerseits (Rückfrage innerhalb von 6 Wochen) wurde bisher nicht beantwortet. Dadurch blieb mir kaum eine faire Chance, die Brillen ordnungsgemäß zurückzusenden, weshalb ich gezwungen war, die Brillen zu behalten. Aus meiner Sicht fehlt es an klarer Kommunikation, konkreten Rücksende-Optionen (Adresse, Etikett, Kostenübernahme, Abholung) und einer zeitnahen Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen. Insgesamt wirkt der Kundenservice wenig kundenfreundlich und erschwert eine einfache Rückabwicklung.
