Wrong items were delivered. Instead of refunding, the seller tried to shift their internal shipping investigation onto me and asked me to remove shipping labels myself. This was my first purchase and a very disappointing experience. No proper customer service.
Response from AooliaFeb 9, 2026
Dear customer,We are extremely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your first order. It is never our intention to make you feel inconvenienced or unsupported, and we sincerely apologize for the wrong items delivered and the way our support process was handled. We take full responsibility for this error in your shipment. We will immediately review this case internally to ensure our process is improved and that no other customer experiences something similar. Our team will contact you directly to arrange a full refund or a correct replacement at no extra cost to you, and we will handle all related procedures without any additional effort on your part. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope to regain your trust.
