Shower panel was delivered by Fed ex
Shower panel was delivered by Fed ex. The box was not intact. It was secured very poorly with secondary tape During installation the contractor had to improvise to make the all parts fit properly The order was for new item. Obviously we received an item that was probably returned. Disappointed

Not the best service
Took multiple emails and pictures to get replacement parts not in original package even as I was very specific and provided part numbers. Eventually, they did agree to send needed parts.

Box was delivered in terrible shape
Box was delivered in terrible shape. At least one part was missing which probably is no big deal. Length of time between acknowledgements of delivery date; I had to contact the company to get an update. Try a little harder to maintain communications with your customers.
