We’re gonna start this very strong: stay the F away from this company. First of all, everything you see on their website is coming directly from China and being shipped straight to you. It’s basically the same as going on Alibaba and ordering it yourself except you’d pay about a third of the price. This company is just an expensive middleman. Their “white glove” service ranging from $299–$399 is not white glove at all. All they do is hire someone off TaskRabbit and pay them around $30/hour to assemble your furniture. Half the time, the people who show up aren’t qualified, and the work is done poorly. It’s been a mess to say the least. On top of that, delivery has been completely off. Some of my items arrived incomplete, and even the replacement pieces came damaged. And unless something is already in stock, you’re waiting 8–12 weeks because, again, it’s coming from China. All together my process from ordering to finally assembled took EIGHT MONTHS! Overall it’s simply overpriced and terrible service. Anything you see on their website, you can find yourself on Alibaba and if you pick a verified seller, you’ll have a much better experience than going through ANZHAP. I absolutely regret the time and money I wasted on this company. It’s been a complete disaster.

DO NOT BUY. They sent me junk after months of waiting. All damaged. Refused to give me a refund. Said they would give me a 10% discount on another desk. Typical Chinese BS junk.

We had a very disappointing experience ordering a welcome/reception desk from this company. The desk arrived with significant visible damage across multiple areas, including extensive chipping along the bottom edges, scratches/gouges, exposed material, and damage around the drawer/front hardware area. This is a front-facing welcome desk, so appearance is a major part of its purpose, and the condition we received was far below what was advertised. On top of that, the desk took a very long time to arrive, which made the situation even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was the company’s response. Despite clear photo documentation and their own published policy indicating that significant damage for an item the customer keeps may warrant up to 50% compensation, they only offered 20% initially, then 25% as their “maximum under all circumstances.” That did not feel fair given the extent of the damage. We were hoping for a professional resolution, but unfortunately the product quality and customer service did not meet expectations. I would be very cautious before ordering anything from this company.

This company is absolute garbage. Pathetic customer support, horrible quality products, extremely late with shipment dates. My couch was delivered to my office, which I had told Anzhap that if it came after a certain date that I didnt want it, but they delivered it anyway. I asked for a return of the products and they told me to send them a photo of the products, which were damaged in shipping, and then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with it by looking at pictures and won’t accept a return. This is an overseas scam company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from these jackasses.

On 1/25/2026 I ordered the Ergonomic Portable Foldable Office Chair Computer Chair for $200 and it never came. I reached out to them and they said they will let me know when it ships. I received the chair about 10 weeks after I ordered it. Unfortunately the chair was not comfortable and not good for my back. It seems like it can work out for short people, but not for tall people. $200 flushed down the toilet. The company officially did not provide returns for no satisfaction, but made an exception and refunded $50, which is better than nothing. I donated the chair to a neighbor who tested it and said it worked on out for him, so he says.

I had bought 8 of the training tables to use as modular conference tables and the size of them works incredibly well for what I was looking for. One came with some slight chip damage on the tabletop but that was easily repaired on my end. The customer service was great in responding to my requests about this damage, and offered me a partial refund because of the damage, with no hesitation. I really appreciate them working with me so easily on that.
