Anytime fitness in Munster Indiana are scumbags. I moved from there over 3 years ago and mailed them my cancelation using their forms from their website just like they asked Me To. They refuse to refund my money. Then they sent their scumbag collection agency ABC financial after me I told them the same. Stay away from this trash

Scam Its wrote on their website if you cancel the membership in the cooling off period you get refunded any costs but they charge you a months membership. Stay away. No contract gyms are far better.

This not a gym chain. This a criminal organization. I signed up for 6 months. Used the gym for 4 months due to lockdown and gym being shut. Ended up paying for 12 months. Yet, they are still chasing me and sending me threats for more money.....

Poor ..ripping customers..the authorities need to take actions..against them..as ripping customers..my direct debit reinstated without my permission.. Try to contact several times..emails.. msgs..no response.. CHADWELL HEATH BRANCH..Will never never never encourage anyone to join them...

What appears as a great gym has shown they do not care about their members. No flexibility or understanding because for COVID, no support to their members. While I am no longer a member, if they had played this game right (refunds, pauses ... etc.) I would still be now we are back in the gym. Very disappointed - thinking back the quality of the kit and the gym was pretty shoddy as well. Find a local privately owned gym and support people that will care about you as a customer!

Beware! Anytime Fitness Twickenham is not reimbursing anyone for the closures during covid - you will not get your membership payment reimbursed even though you have not been able to use it. All the other Gyms around Twickenham are refunding customers but this one doesn’t - so you will lose your money. If you request it, the manager blatantly refuses, basically you get a rude and abrupt email saying ‘ We are not going to refund you’ - so basically don’t bother trying. What she doesn’t realise is that this is illegal (which is why all the other gyms are refunding customers) so she will have to face the legal ramifications that are coming her way. Some I know have had to go to the bank to try to get their money back. With numerous high quality gyms in the area (with a professional manager and decent customer service) everyone I know has dropped Anytime Fitness and will never return.

Goeie gym, kom er supergraag , alleen vind ik het zeer en zeer teleurstellend dat sinds corona nu de sportscholen dicht zijn ,dat er slechts 1 enkele anytime in Nederland een buitengym heeft. En dan bedoel ik inclusief alle apparaten..Dit is oneerlijk ten opzichte van andere sportschool leden in andere delen van het land. Of allemaal of niet..
