Anytime fitness Rugby Im very disappointed!!! When me and my friend signed our contracts with this gym, we been given a lots of info about gym and contract, but nothing about that you are not able to cancel at least 1 year. My bad I should read my contract carefully! People read reviews before you sign a contract. Now I have to pay 29£ monthly until January 2024 even I’m not attending this gym.

Great facilities. Open 24/7, brilliant for those with busy schedules. Nothing bad to complaint.

Anytime fitness Swansea (Wales) UK is my go to gym, no meat heads or grunting animals, just nice people and well equipped, get in work out and leave, no posers. Well done team

My work requires me to travel a lot, so it's convenient for me to have 24/7 access to a gyms with shower in different locations nationwide. There might be cheaper gyms, but I didn't bother to check for alternatives since I'm already satisfied for the price.

Kan echt niet opboksen tegen hun concurrentie en dat is nog licht uitgedrukt. Prijs is erg aan de hoge kant. Weinig apparaten. Alleen in de ochtend en heel even in de middag personeel aanwezig. Personeel is ook niet goed opgeleid. Ze houden de prijs zo hoog omdat anytime 24/7 open is, dat was in het verleden iets speciaals nou nu heb je concurrenten die het voor een prikkie van de prijs doen. Zelfs sportscholen met sauna, zwembad en sqaushbanen zijn nog goedkoper. Laten we maar niet beginnen over het proces dat je aangaat om je uit te schrijven want daar kan namelijk een boek over worden geschreven.

While the gym equipment is nice and you can enter at any time, the customer service is horrible, I had missed their one-time annual payment of 31.39 and problems getting into the gym for 3 weeks. Since I work during all their customer service “hours” I could not come in to sign a piece a paper that would allow me into the gym I had to wait 2 weeks for it to “process” before I could come in to work out. And even then, I was having problems with my key. I have 2 mental health conditions that I have been dealing with for 2 years and am trying to recover and getting stone walled when trying to reach a goal in recovery even with little ones like that is really upsetting for a person like me. Part of my condition is being anxious about going outside to crowded places and so even when I have some time off to come by talk in person with an employee, I’m resting or going to an appointment or trying to get other things done. So, when I realized the gym wasn’t a good fit I called to cancel explaining such. I understood that they needed a medical reason and was calling to get information on cancellation and such. But the employee I was talking to kept trying to get me not to cancel, I understand it is his job but when I clearly state what I want and said I am not interested in coming back at all he kept talking trying to run me around. When I interrupted him saying that’s not what I want he said I need to let him say his piece because this is a “conversation”, never mind they don’t handle cancellation a partner company does all he needed to do was tell how to contact them, and while I don’t want to disrespect people when they are just ignore what your saying right after told them you have a mental condition It feels demeaning and purposeful. I will probably never sign up with anytime fitness again, and if I do it would not be this one. In the month of February, I tried to scan my key fob on 2/5/2023 and 2/18/2023 both time it did not work. After some back and forth with the company I called. The call mentioned above was placed on 2/24/2023. Anytime fitness then refunded me for a late fee of $19.50 on 2/28/2023 that they took in 11/29/2022 for a late payment, for the “inconvenience” of my key fob not working on 2/27/2023 I was still charged 67.87 for the month of February. I still have to pay $10 a month until I can get a note from a doctors note and in addition the $127 cancellation fee on top of that. Which I have 2 months to do or pay the cancellation of $350, or finish the remaining 5 months of my contract. So if you are a student, someone with a medical condition, poor, or anything that would stop them from getting their payment, Sign up with some else, and save yourself the trouble.
