Good clean gyms. Cheap price, 24 hour. All good imo.

Impossible to cancel. I've tried to cancel my account going on 3 weeks and it is still active. I've reported them to better business bureau and i've kept a record of all my emails with them. I cancelled my credit card and then went in person and paid with a check for 300 dollars with the note on it stating account cancelation fee and I've been current. (I don't have a contract). If I don't see the account cancelled within the next 2 weeks, I will be suing them back. I have records in email stating it would be cancelled so they better beware.

Ho richiesto un giorno di prova gratuito, come pubblicizzato dal sito Anytime Fitness del centro di Torino Lancia, ma sia al telefono, sia su whatsapp mi è stato detto che in realtà il giorno gratuito ha un costo di 25 euro e che c’è solo un ingresso gratuito che dura circa 20/30 minuti in compagnia di un personal trainer. Ovviamente ho disdettato la “prova” perché cerco serietà ed onestà ma se già ancor prima di iniziare ci si imbatte in questo tipo di comportamenti con pubblicità ingannevole, non oso pensare come potrebbe essere la mia esperienza in questa palestra. I wanted to transition to powerlifting so I was going to cancel my membership to sign up for a place more suited for it, but they're just refusing. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that they're not really that bad of a gym, I can just wait out the last 2 months to run out the contract. But I'd really rather not wait

This is for the Anytime Fitness at 6715 E. 2nd. St., Prescott Valley AZ, 86314. Owner: Jonathon Shearer and Leanne Shearer. Anytime Fitness is claiming I did not cancel my membership. I went in person on February 13, 2024, to cancel. I signed the papers to cancel. I stopped going in August due to our move. They charged me for march twice. Twenty-eight dollars. Once on March 12, 2024, then on March 26. 2024. I called my bank to stop payment. They kept sending me emails telling me I didn't pay my monthly membership. I called them to get this resolved and the person I spoke with told me she would get this fixed. I never heard back from them. I ignored their emails because I cancelled. Now they put me on debt collections saying I owe for six months. The collections told me I should have paid for March because I had to wait 30 days until my membership was cancelled and since I stopped the payment they rejected my cancellation. They never once called or in my email explained to me that was what I needed to do. I tried calling them but they never answered or got back to resolve this. I am still trying to call to no avail.

Absolutely appalled by a company as large as this one, had recently been let go from my last employer with no notice. I politely emailed the customer service team and explained the situation and how I am behind on housing costs and 1 month membership with Anytime Fitness. All I wanted to do was freeze my account until I was back in work, however I’ve had no sympathy whatsoever with my circumstances and they’ve just added on late fees which has now raised to £81.90 at which I haven’t even been into the gym using my fob key.

Shocking! My special needs son was mis-sold an item he did not fully understand and now dealing with debt handlers!!! Shocking such a large company can and do take advantage of an individual with multiple vulnerabilities!!!!!! Appalling service however, Natalie, the Manager of the Aldershot branch has resolved the issue and dealt with it in the first instance- many thanks!
