Hopeless management. Tried to change direct debit details and after agreeing on the phone, did not action in writing and have tried to charge me late fees for non payment when I have been trying to pay. Totally inept on the phone and management don't want to speak to you. Just throw excerpts of contract at you and threaten with debt management agency. So frustrating Stay well clear.

Cancelled my membership via email giving 30 days notice. Today I received a bailiff letter demanding £110.95. I have never had a phone call or a email saying I owed any money. What a joke, stay away from this place as they cleared don't know how to conduct themselves

About a month ago I was at work (I work on the Guildford high street) and was approached by a big mixed race man representing anytime fitness. He was trying to promote memberships however he came across very unprofessional and creepy. I was trying to decline his offers but he wouldn’t take no for an answer. I understand he’s trying to work but he’s come into my workplace whilst I’m trying to work! He then said he would be back in 5 mins to ask my colleagues even though I said we are all not interested. 10 mins later I am on my smoke break in a short alley and he’s back but with a friend. He questions me on why I didn’t want to sign up and proceeds to say “do you think I was trying to ask you out? Because I can if you want me to.” Whilst his friend laughed. By this point I felt weirded out and I am a small girl with 2 big men infront of me who are also trapping my way out if I wanted to leave. Luckily they understood that I felt a bit awkward and weirded out and took the message and left after a few minutes of trying to talk to me. This is so unprofessional and just really creepy! This is not how you promote, it is disgusting.

Da una settimana la porta di ingresso non funziona correttamente e quando vado ad allenarmi la mattina presto non posso entrare. Ho provveduto a protestare con lo staff ma a quanto pare non riescono a risolvere il probelma.

The staff do not abide by the terms of their own membership agreement! Seemingly friendly staff at first ended up scamming me out of a substantial amount of money after I requested them to freeze my membership on multiple occasions (They did not). The membership agreement is not written with customers in mind, and the gym is run unprofessionally. For the monthly price, it is by no means worth the use of below average facilities.

Customer service very poor, I tried to cancel due to an injury, I forwarded 2 medical documents but was told after initial ok that it needs to be a doctors certificate and then was judged that my injury (which requires surgery and a 12 month wait) was not incapacitating enough. I have doctors instructions that I can not attend a gym but feel I am being forced to waist money or attend?? I am being shut down when I ask a solution or questions, very rude and inconsiderate.

Super fijne sportschool leuk personeel. Toffe jongens die verstand van fitness hebben .relaxte sportschool. Ik beveel het iedereen aan om hier te gaan trainen. Groetjes theo

Sinds enkele maanden gestart, perfecte locatie, leuke sfeer, prima personeel en steeds weer nieuwe acties! Goed bezig!! 💪
