Heel erg goede gym

They overcharged me 3 months after I was able to prove cancellation in a timely manner and they acknowledged this and claimed that they would mail me a refund check. I was told by people that I would never see that check because they had a reputation for this. They were right. Anytime Fitness never refunded me. It's theft and highly dishonest and bad business. Never again.

The worst gym in the world

Anytime Fitness Manusardi. Metto una stella perché non posso metterne meno. Mi sono iscritta in palestra con un abbonamento annuale nel 2024. Dopo qualche mese mi sono dovuta trasferire in una città nella quale non è presente una palestra Anytime Fitness, sono quindi stata obbligata a recedere dal contratto. Lo staff mi dice che per recedere dal contratto devo mandare raccomandata A/R o via pec (anche non personale) allegando un documento che attesti ufficialmente il trasferimento (ho allegato addirittura il contratto di lavoro). Nonostante io abbia seguito la procedura indicata (via PEC) per DIECI MESI hanno continuato ad addebitarmi 65 euro. Quando mi sono accorta dell'addebito ho segnalato subito al personale il problema, chiedendo per settimane informazioni ed aggiornamenti sul rimborso della quota a me spettante. Mi hanno detto "la rimborseremo" ma non ho ancora ricevuto una risposta ufficiale con le tempistiche di rimborso e non è possibile entrare in contatto diretto con addetti all'amministrazione. Sarò probabilmente costretta ad avvalermi ad un legale per ricevere risposta...

I decided to cancel my membership so I went to the gym one day and the rep was not there. No problem, I'll get them on the phone. Called them in the afternoon and no answer. No problem, I'll email them. Sent an email and no answer. I went to the gym almost very day for 2 weeks and could not find someone that worked there. Finally almost 2 months later, someone got back to me via email. The kicker was, I could not be compensated for the months I was charged while try to cancel. I was CHARGED EXTRA to cancel despite being told that fee was going to be waived when I first signed up. This is a complete racket of a business. DO NOT SIGN UP. Reported this activity to the FTC.

A gym should be treated like community, not like business! they charge fees for failed payment and give an excuse of payment getaway... Why should you aren’t adjust it accordingly because gym isn’t a mandatory place for anyone, people go to make themself feel better, stronger and connected. They charged 60 RM just for 6 days delayed on fees! Could you amazing something like that from a gym? pathetic. It’s better you go to a local gym because they will treat you like community.
