Non si può recedere il contratto, sei vincolato per 12 mesi e attenzione prima della scadenza devi mandare una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno altrimenti si rinnova automaticamente, e come fare un patto con il diavolo . Ma al momento della stipula non ti dicono nulla . Fate attenzione

I felt very well welcomed in my first day at Anytime Fitness Newmarket. The registration was very complete and clear. Also as soon I was ready to start my journey, one trainer was assigned to me, who explained on a clear and detailed way, how to use the machines.

Extremely poor consumer handling from this Anytime Fitness franchise. The gym was locked by landlord enforcement and bailiffs and members had no access, no alternative facility, no transparency and no refunds. I submitted a cancellation during the closure and the franchise replied that they would only respond “once the gym has reopened”, which is not consistent with the Consumer Rights Act for continuous services. When the gym eventually reopened, rather than processing the cancellation or issuing a pro-rata refund for days without service, the franchise ignored the correspondence and then terminated my membership under “antisocial behaviour”. This is particularly absurd as I only ever trained during unstaffed hours and even emailed proactively to pay for a single bottle I took during unstaffed access. Checking the Hornchurch community groups, this is not the first landlord lockout and members previously complained about no refunds. I am pursuing the pro-rata refund through Small Claims as the franchise has blocked further correspondence. The Anytime brand has solid clubs elsewhere. Unfortunately this franchise does not meet the standard.

Nette schone sportschool met vriendelijk personeel

Een zeer complete sportschool met schone en nette faciliteiten, erg vriendelijk personeel en 24 uur per dag geopend. Ik beveel het aan.

Esperienza surreale (e legalmente imbarazzante) Ho esercitato il RECESSO PER GRAVE INADEMPIMENTO perché la palestra, nelle ore di punta, è semplicemente IMPRATICABILE: struttura PICCOLA E SOVRAFFOLLATA, si lavora letteralmente UNO SULL’ALTRO, con POCHI MACCHINARI e per di più VISIBILMENTE USURATI (ad esempio una sola LAT MACHINE e un solo PULLEY). In queste condizioni la prestazione promessa dal contratto NON ESISTE. Nonostante ciò, continuano a PRETENDERE I PAGAMENTI, tentando ripetutamente l’addebito IN VIOLAZIONE DELLA NORMATIVA BANCARIA E CONTRATTUALE, come se bastasse insistere per trasformare un CONTRATTO CESSATO in uno ancora valido. Non hanno la minima idea di cosa sia il regolamento SEPA o la direttiva PSD2. Una volta REVOCATA LA DOMICILIAZIONE e CHIUSO IL CONTRATTO, hanno comunque ripresentato gli addebiti, ignorando le regole più elementari e costringendo la mia banca a intervenire per BLOCCARLI. Ho anche comunicato che mi trovo ormai A OLTRE 180 KM DI DISTANZA e che non posso più frequentare la struttura: risposta? CONFUSIONE TOTALE, PRESSAPOCHISMO e rimandi a fantomatici “UFFICI LEGALI” che poi, contattati direttamente, NEGANO PERSINO DI OCCUPARSI DI LORO. In sintesi: palestra INADEGUATA, gestione IMPROVVISATA, rispetto delle regole INESISTENTE e totale incapacità di affrontare una contestazione in modo PROFESSIONALE. Se cercate una palestra seria, con spazi adeguati, attrezzature sufficienti e una direzione che sappia cosa significhi RISPETTARE LA LEGGE, GUARDATE ALTROVE. Qui, purtroppo, si paga più L’IMPROVVISAZIONE che il FITNESS. Valuto SOLO Anytime Fitness di GUIDONIA, altre sedi mi hanno aiutato nella risoluzione del contratto.
