The bag was great quality. However it had a few loose threads, minor issue, the threads didn't effect the craftsmanship of the bag. I removed them with no issues. Also the initials I requested weren't on the bag anywhere. That was a bit disappointing but the bag itself is great. I'll definitely order from Anuent again.

Bought a 13" postman laptop bag based on the website description. Got sent a 15" size. Got in touch with customer service to inquire about the correct size. It turned out that the advertised dimensions are not what you get although they clearly indicated on the website specifications. The product didn't make sense anymore due to the ambiguity about the dimensions. Once I expressed my intention to do a return, customer service stopped replying to my emails. Don't trust anything you read on Anuent website. The returns and customer satisfaction claim is a plain scam. All they are interested in closing the sale. The leather quality itself is mediocre and not reflective of the pictures you see on the website.

I ordered the diary with lock as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. It was worth waiting for because it is truly well made and more beautiful than pictured. Thank you Anuent.

Awful costumer service- have yet to hear back. I’ve submitted two request return forms to no avail.
