Ordered a bunch of notebooks a long time ago. Like over a hundred dollars worth. They never sent anything- no shipping or order update. They ignore emails and just have no customer service. Will probably need to initiate a chargeback.

Bought a 13" postman laptop bag based on the website description. Got sent a 15" size. Got in touch with customer service to inquire about the correct size. It turned out that the advertised dimensions are not what you get although they clearly indicated on the website specifications. The product didn't make sense anymore due to the ambiguity about the dimensions. Once I expressed my intention to do a return, customer service stopped replying to my emails. Don't trust anything you read on Anuent website. The returns and customer satisfaction claim is a plain scam. All they are interested in closing the sale. The leather quality itself is mediocre and not reflective of the pictures you see on the website.

I emailed 3 days ago that I didn't receive the strap to my bag . I have not recieved a response back yet. The bag also has an unappealing odor.
