Customer service that actively listened during the selection process and they were very knowledgeable about the products to assure that the function and look were correct. Those things shouldn’t really be seen as exceptional, but these days they kind of are. Great communication and fast delivery. Happy customer.

Love my new light.

I purchased the beautiful ceiling fan and I created an account on line but something when wrong with it. I called customer service a very nice lwoman answered my call and I asked her a couple of questions which she was very helpful and answered everything. The fan is beautiful and quiet. The only issue I had was trying to use a universal remote I had it didn't fit inside the hanging bracket so I mounted it in the attic.

I have only received the fans, and not the light fixture. But I am very pleased with the fans. They are exactly as pictured. I can hardly wait to get the light fixtures so I can put everything together and hang them. Their communication is great, they have kept me informed on when everything will be ready to ship.

I have not hung the light yet but so far the ease of their website and efficiency in which it was shipped to me was great. I am excited to see it hanging!
