We ordered a fan from here. Once installed it wouldn’t work. When my husband called, he was informed they don’t take returns once they are opened. How do you know something doesn’t work without opening it. He told them the remote controller was defective. Once removed the fan worked. We had to by a wall switch to be able to use the fan. There were other issues too. I don’t recommend using this company. They were not helpful fixing problems and we had to pay extra to use the fan.

I made my purchase over the phone since the webpage doesn’t work, then the person taking my order didn’t write the address correctly. Maybe my bad for not double checking the address? Ok. After several days without getting a confirmation email, I decided to email you guys. And I got an email saying that my address was incorrect, so I corrected the address. the package was sent but I never received it, so I called UPS and after about 4 days and no response I decided to order a new package this time overnight shipping. So the item was sent and delivered on time but not to my address, I called UPS immediately and they were able to track both packages that were sent to the wrong address. You guys need to pay attention when taking the orders, make sure to double check all the information and then enter the right information when creating the shipping label. Thank you. P.S: I sent you the correct address on an email and you still sent in to the wrong address Instead of flagging my review, and argue about your mistake, you should at least apologize and own your mistake.

Fan quality was very poor. Return policy was expensive so I chose to dispose of it and will not order again. Would not recommend this company.

Just not what I was expecting it looks and feels fake, looks like plastic would not recommend to anyone very disappointed

Emailed this company about a color difference in what was pictured versus what was sent to me. I got a couple short and curt emails back from this company basically telling me that they don't care and it's not their fault. I'll have to buy additional fan blades to get what I had wanted.

Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

Said that they had it in stocks and they didn't .
