Wobbling issues. Plus keeps going to high speed by itself! Co stated would report to mfg. But still nothing heard. Tons of literature on issues with wobbling, which should be an indication of numerous complaints. I will try to return. Update later. On customer service.

My husband is an electrician and says all lights must be grounded per the NEC (National Electric Code) but the light system is NOT grounded and would not pass inspection on a permitted job. Other than that, we love them. I would say appearance is good. Could be better but would also cost more. Customer service was excellent when I had questions!

These chandeliers are UL listed. There’s no ground wire because there’s no metal on the fixture. There’s nothing to be grounded. Sounds like inspector made assumptions without doing his homework - sorry this happened, but chandelier is safe and properly UL listed.
