Their customer service was great. Unfortunately, our dog was one of the few that are allergic, but they refunded us since we were in the trial window and just asked that we donated the remaining pills to a shelter or another dog that could benefit. Loved that.

My 11 year old dog was diagnosed with a mild osteoarthritis she was limping, sad and just not her normal self. She did the 15 day double dose and by the end of the two weeks she was slowly going on daily walks again and her limp was very rare.
