Surprised to get charged in USD. $129 purchased ended up being $191. Misleading buyers.

Cheap reliable tracker that's easy to install.

They ignore emails. The cost it's in USD not An Australian company as advertised there stock comes from China and when you email this company they don't answer i too have contacted the consumer advocate as well. This company and all there adds need to be shut down now

Misleading product and poor customer service. The tracker does not provide real-time or reliable location tracking as advertised—it only updates when other phones are nearby, making it almost useless in quiet streets or residential areas (very common in Australia). After requesting a refund, customer support stopped responding completely despite multiple emails. Instead of resolving the issue, they blamed “normal behaviour” that was never clearly explained before purchase. I would not recommend this product if you’re looking for genuine vehicle or asset tracking.

First of all Australian dollars suddenly changed to US dollars at checkout. Product took forever to arrive from China and doesn't have any Markings or branding could have come from anywhere or any factory. Connected ok once i googled it ,the instructions are tiny and a bit vague. But as soon as I put it on my car and walk away it loses connection and just says last seen here. Would return it but I fear it's not worth the stress if it took so long in the first place apart from taking your money.

I would not have purchased says Aussie company half price blah blah blah charged me us dollars where is consumer affairs rip offs that will teach me must read reviews first pissed off to say the least

This company claims to be Australian but i ordered some products and they are very quick to take money from my credit card in USD but have provided no confirmation of order, no emails, no messages, no answer to phone calls. I've reported them to the authorities in Australia and hopefully they can be stopped.

Havent received it yet, all the other reviews are the same...charged in US dollars, which is illegal, esp when it doesnt state that when paying... I wish I had checked 'reviews' first, like I usually do... No response from the so called Aussie company. I referred this to my bank.. I can actually buy these wheel locks on Temu, same thing way cheaper and at least you know what you are paying and getting...disappointed.. I hate businesses that LIE...
