The product arrived in good time and was exactly as described. It's a small investment for some added peace of mind.

Despite the actual product being fit for purpose and seems reasonable quality, the company itself is the problem. It is borderline scammy in that it makes a big deal of being an all Australian company based in Australia and shipping from local warehouse BUT all its prices are in USD, not AUD, and this is NOT made clear or obvious on the shopping or payment screens. On the shopping screens there is NO mention of it at all. It is buried on the T&Cs however. Many people including myself have found out only when the actual amount charged in your banking was about 35% higher due to conversion rate. When queried, they justified it by saying its because they also ship internationally. There is NO option to display in AUD. It would be very easy to advertise both prices or put an obvious statement on the front product shopping screen but they choose not to. They have interactive immediate 50% discount interactive screens to close the deal, but in reality you are paying way more than that. Not very honest in my opinion.

I am very happy with the product, not quite happy paying a Australian company in American dollars.

Everything is as advertised and easy to use except the unlocking of it. I find the lock very sticky and I have to press a jiggle the key around a few times before it unlocks.

The price was in USD so very expensive. The tracker rarely updates, went to shop 4km from home and returned within 1 hour, 4 days later I am still at the shop ....apparently! Put one on my trailer parked at my BIL house, after 7 days it it says "device not seen for 7 days"; he lives 8km up the road from me. Absolute waste of money, if someone took off with the car/trailer/whatever the tracker is in they would be long gone before you would know!

Yes to the many complaints about being charged in $US, very dodgy, very deceptive. Australian product, I doubt it. Unfortunately it doesnt work very well either. I only bought it because its supposed to be invisible but its invisible to me as well. When all I can see is that it was last seen in "my suburb" it would mean the car its in was also last seen in "my suburb" which means I would probably never find my stolen car. Blutooth is the wrong technology for this product. A poorly thought out and designed product. You're better of buying a Samsung or Apple tag because they work, they arent invisible but better than something that doesn't work. I agree, they're a waste of money.

Do NOT buy this Anti-Apex Tracker. Useless. It is unable to provide location if it has no mobile phone nearby.it must have a phone nearby with Bluetooth on, to transmit its location. Complete rubbish. False advertising. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!
