Misleading pricing for Aussies. States they're an Australian company with the product designed and manufactured in Australia. Then you will be charged in USD which inflates the cost another 30%...beware!

Would not buy again. The products are more expensive than you think as the price is in US dollars. These come straight out of China so took so much longer to arrive.

Claims to be an Australian company but has no ABN and goods are shipped from China. Scammers.

This company is a complete scam, I received this and it does not have an Anti Apex logo on any of the gear or boxes, its straight off Aliexpress or Temu drop shipped that can be had for 20% of the price. They also rip you off saying they are Australian but charge USD at checkout so its actually more expensive. The product itself works but for how long? You can find it all on Aliexpress or Temu, even in different colours if you like. Reporting to the ACCC as its clearly ripping people off.

Whatever you do guys, dont buy from this shop. First thing first, It's an company from "Melbourne" But they ship from china/ temu Second, They are using usd to misleading you to think you've got a nice price but then in aud it's 1,5 times the price. Third The trackers don't even work only on your own phone. I've had my car in a garage/workshop for 2 days and my trackers hasnt been updates since. Only time.it updated the location was wen I went to visit the car. Also the support isn't helpfull at all they just keep sending you information and not answering your questions. All in 1 wordt a bad dropshipping company that uses cheap products!

As a number of people have mentioned, this company portrays itself as Australian with great reviews on their product. The deal looked good from what appeared to be a reputable company. Ordered on New Year’s Day and thought it was strange the amount charged on my credit card was $69, then it said it was $39 USD!! The two tags arrived about 14 days later as they came from China and did work well albeit they were a knock off copy of an Apple AirTag. I then decided to contact (email) Anti Apex and request a refund for the difference that was charged. $24 AUD. I also flagged in my email, they were contravening Australian Consumer law by false advertising. I also stated they should advise customers about payment will be made in $USD. Within 30 minutes I received a response apologising and advising they will offer a full refund and that I can keep both Mag Tag / Air Tag. I was happy with that, Upon reading other reviews a number of people have experienced the same issue. I have now contacted the ACCC to investigate and either shut them down or get them to rectify the issues of false advertising.

Very deceptive. Advertise as Australian company but when you order you find out the price advertised is in US dollars & your order is sent from China. The worst part is the ghost trackers are useless! I ordered 6. 1 works sometimes & the others don't work. Waste of money.

Website states they are an Australian company (they are not, no ABN) cost of product is in American dollars not Australian dollars, so you pay way more without realising it until paid. Products sent from china, website states NO stress, NO questions asked refund, I requested a return label and refund and spent a day emailing them back and forth they wanted details of my cars, videos etc, they kept changing the requirements for refund … in the end I could see that we were going in circles, only issued part refund when I said that I would be contacting ACCC and PayPal.
