Anthony & Sylvan pushes to sign on clients with coupons and discounts if you commit by a certain date then make unrealistic scheduling promises that they can’t deliver. They weren’t honest and upfront about their lack of resources and crew availability making my project delayed with interruptions. They didn’t know how their online payment software system worked and communication with me and each other within the renovation team was poor. From signing on with a renovation project in March with a promise to start in April, work didn’t begin until mid May with final application completed end of July. At completion, I emailed photos addressing concerns with the appearance of the plaster to the project manager who called about a month later. Admitted he never saw the email until he checked it during our call and said he would come out to look at the pool the following week. He never did nor did I get any follow up from anyone at this company.

We paid them top dollar and in return we got a sloppy job, disregard for our property, and poor communication. Also waiting almost a month for the refund for the water delivery they promised but couldn’t deliver. We were promised we would be swimming by Memorial Day weekend when it reality it was almost three weeks later so we had to cancel our Memorial Day plans. Everyday for three weeks we get an e mail telling us that we have a past due balance, which was paid the month before and the check cleared immediately, however no mention of the over 2000.00 refund they owe us and we paid for. I would not recommend this company !
