La camera à 2 mois elle ne fonctionne plus la nuit. Le sav ne veut ni me rembourser ni me l échanger. A éviter

J'ai acheté 2 caméra solaire ANRAN sur Amazon avec un super descriptif du produit, après avoir fonctionné pendant un mois correctement, j'ai une première caméra qui ne recharge plus en panneaux solaires, donc obligé de la démonter toute les semaines pour recharger. Mais le problème est que l'intelligence artificielle fonctionne bien au début, après sans adhésion à un abonnement, plus aucune information n'arrive à la caméra(aucun mouvement détecté). Ce n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif!! Une arnaque que j'ai dénoncé à la DGCCRF, j'espère que les consommateurs pourront finir par faire retirer cette escroquerie de sur le marché!!!

Bought 3mp cam. Won't install. Many contact with customer service. They don't know how to sort it out. Camera under warranty, but no refund or exchange. Would have given minus zero if possible.Need more units, but it won't be this brand. Save your money buy other makes.

Impossible de reinitialiser son password, je n'ai plus acces à mes cameras , le support conseille de tout recreer avec un nouveau compte !

After one year, two cameras out of four have failed. Automated customer support is just that. It sucks and patently useless. Bought one replacement camera ....sending back ...not compatible connections with original system. I wish I never bought this garbage system and customer service is useless. Strongly advise not buying these products to avoid the frustration I have experienced.

Why sell cameras you don't know how to fix? Don't know where to get replacement parts, don't offer repairs, don't offer helpful support, and don't even get me started on the customer service. This company is just a knock off of a different one. Save your money and buy from someone else.

Solar camera stop recharging the battery, TALKED to costumer service and ask me for information and video, camera still under warranty, he said they will send me a new one- wait patiently for 5 months asking from time to time for the status of the camera and then when my warranty expired they wrote back telling me that the warranty expired. What a shady Company

Set of 4 anran solar camera, STOP WORKING ! customer service responded but was no help, would not replace the battery or the camera ! Now one other camera is slowly malfunctioning ! WHAT NEXT ??? VERY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
