Like othere reviews these cameras are uttelrly useless. Customer support is hurrendous. Conatantly playing up, cannot view fottage, i hope the company ceases too exist!!!

Ho acquistato il kit base + 4 telecamere con pannello solare. Facile l'istallazione e la connessione al wi-fi. Peccato che se le telecamere sono a più di 8/10 metri dal router si scollegano molto spesso. Ho rimediato con un amplificatore del segnale. Una delle telecamere è installata in una zona che non riceve i raggi solari per tutto il giorno ed allora, così come scritto nelle istruzioni, per questo problema si può richiedere, lo spediscono gratuitamente, un pannello solare extra da collegare alla telecamera tramite la presa di ricarica. Ho mandato la mail di richiesta con tutti i miei dati (indirizzo e telefono). Mi hanno risposto in 5 minuti, ho pensato "però molto seri 'sti cinesi" ed invece il messaggio conteneva la richiesta di una copia dello scontrino di acquisto e la copia della fattura di acquisto del negoziante presso cui ho acquistato il prodotto. Era un reso Amazon...pertanto lo scontrino sognatelo e la fattura "ci spiace, non divulghiamo i nostri prezzi d'acquisto". Chest'è!!!

Una schifezza, quasi sempre ofline, quando funzionano,ne ho 3, ci mettono un sacco di tempo a connettersi

Honestly they are the biggest sack of s###!!! I'm fuming. I bought their solar powered camera for security for the rear of my property.... doesn't connect properly... doesn't charge with the solar it is honestly by far the worst product I've ever used... it cost me about £150 all in and genuinely £30 cameras off amazon work better... If i hadn't bought it so long ago I'd return it but unfortunately I didn't use it straight away... I hate it so much I just wanna smash it to pieces... never use anything from this useless company... awful!!!

Used to be decent for the money but this new app update is terrible. Misses loads of motion detection now and you can't play the full video from the notification clip. Wont buy another one of these again.

This company is a joke do not buy these cameras. They will not last and the customer service is horrible. They have outsourced to a group people that know nothing about the hardware and software.

Absolute GARBAGE! DO NOT buy this crap! The first camera I bought was faulty so they replaced it with another faulty REFURBISHED camera! WiFi is weak and doesn't work over 3 meters, even at 1.5 meters the signal strength is 67%. Cameras won't connect to PC as claimed. There is ONLY ONE program that can work with the camera on PC but it is also faulty and times out every 2 minutes, rendering it useless. The phone app is faulty like everything else and camera will only connect about 1% of the time (1 out of 100 tries), then it constantly freezes and is useless. The cameras only record sometimes also, despite the settings. If you have more than one camera, you can only view ONE at a time on any app or program. You have to sign one camera out to sign another one in, so you cannot have split or multi screen views for multiple cameras. The whole system is pathetic and useless and I STRONGLY discourage anyone thinking of buying these cameras.
