I bought my cctv last year on line and the quality and clarity is great .l just recently I had a intruder on my premises and although the video was great I was unable to view or send to the relevant authorities.. upon speaking on line to the Tech staff they resolved by problem in no time at all and were very supportive. The problem wasn’t the product but back up system on my mobile .. The product is great together with back up support is just terrific and I recommend this to all the readers of my review .. highly recommended

I bought an Anran security camera for myself for Christmas. It was very easy to connect to my wifi and set up was easy. Installation was extremely simple only took a couple of minutes. The picture is clear and crisp that is sent to my phone.

I have a 8 camera kit that I have had for a year now and it works great. I just purchased a dollar camera and it also is great. Will buy again from Anran

To Kathie Anran customer service team This is my first experience using a cctv wireless security camera. So far the experience has been successful. I did have some problem understanding how to share data from my phone app to my wife phone app, but customer service was gracious and help us set it up. I have bought two security cameras from ANRAN CCTV. I am now ordering the third one. It is very easy to install and operate. The ANRAN apps is so user friendly . I am very pleased with the products and definitely would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a security camera
